Day 1: Lemosho Gate – Mti Mkubwa Camp (2,820m)
Begin your trek through Kilimanjaro’s lush rainforest. After registration at Lemosho Gate, hike to Mti Mkubwa (Big Tree Camp).
Day 2: Mti Mkubwa – Shira 1 Camp (3,505m)
Continue through moorland terrain and gain elevation as you cross onto the Shira Plateau, offering stunning mountain views.
Day 3: Shira 1 – Moir Hut (4,150m)
A scenic trek across the plateau to Moir Hut, a remote and quiet campsite perfect for acclimatization and solitude.
Day 4: Moir Hut – Buffalo Camp (4,020m)
Traverse ridges and valleys along the northern side of Kilimanjaro with breathtaking views of the Kenyan plains.
