Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Safari Briefing & Relaxation

Touch down at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where a warm welcome from our team awaits. Transfer to your hotel in Arusha, surrounded by lush gardens and views of Mount Meru. Unwind after your flight or explore the nearby markets and coffee shops. Overnight in Arusha.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Elephant Country

Drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its towering baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Enjoy a full afternoon game drive across golden savannahs and riversides where lions, giraffes, and leopards roam. Overnight in a lodge or tented camp overlooking the park.

Day 3: Full Day in Tarangire – Off-the-Beaten Path Adventure

Spend the day exploring lesser-known corners of the park. Follow seasonal migration routes or birdwatch near the Tarangire River. Optional bush walks or sundowners available. Overnight in the same camp/lodge.

Day 4: Lake Manyara National Park – Flamingos & Forests

After breakfast, head to Lake Manyara, a compact gem known for its diverse scenery. Explore groundwater forests, hot springs, and alkaline lakes. Spot tree-climbing lions, troops of baboons, and flocks of pink flamingos. Overnight in the Karatu area near the Ngorongoro Highlands.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Safari – A Natural Wonder

Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a lush ecosystem home to rhinos, lions, hippos, and massive herds of buffalo. Enjoy a full-day safari in this UNESCO-listed marvel with a picnic lunch by a hippo pool. Evening at a lodge along the crater rim or highlands.

Day 6: Journey to Serengeti – Endless Plains Await

After breakfast, begin your drive into the legendary Serengeti National Park. En route, stop at Maasai villages or archaeological sites like Olduvai Gorge (optional). Enter Serengeti in time for a sunset game drive. Overnight in a central or southern Serengeti camp/lodge.

Day 7: Full-Day Serengeti Safari – Big Cats & Great Herds

Spend the entire day exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti. Follow wildlife migration paths, track prides of lions, or witness dramatic predator-prey action near riverbanks. Picnic in the bush and continue until sundown. Overnight in the same Serengeti lodge or camp.

Day 8: Morning Safari – Return to Arusha or Depart

Enjoy a final early morning game drive before flying or driving back to Arusha. Optional souvenir shopping or hot lunch depending on your flight time. Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for departure. Kwaheri na karibu tena – Farewell and welcome again!
